Male shot on Frost Avenue

On Tuesday evening around 8:25pm the Rochester Police Department responded to a shot-spotter activation on Frost Avenue in Rochester, New York.  When officers arrived at 428 Frost Avenue, they found a 25 year old male dead on scene.

The Rochester Police Department advised that they do not believe the shooting is a random occurrence.  

There is no suspects in custody at this time and the incident is still being investigated by the Rochester Police Department.
