1 shot and killed on Harris Street

On Monday evening just after 5:00pm the Rochester Police Department responded to Harris Street for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they did locate numerous shell casings, but no victims.

As officers were securing the scene, Rochester Police state a victim was dropped off by private vehicle at Rochester General Hospital. The victim’s condition is unknown. It is also unknown what type of injuries the victim suffered.

The Rochester Police Department is asking anyone with information on the incident to call 911.
