Car flipped over on Avenue D at Remington Street

Around 7:20pm Wednesday police where called for a car flipped over on Avenue D at Remington Street. 

When police arrived on scene there was no one in the vehicle, but one person on scene was complaining of injuries.  

It is unclear if the person was involved in the crash or if they were a bystander.

Police tells us 2 males ran from the vehicle. The 2 males have not been located.

Police are still investigating.
