Puerto Rican Festival aftermath 2018

UPDATE : After all that happened tonight about 17 people have been arrested and two people shot and sprayed with mace. Mace balls were shot unfortunately people were hurt but all sustained non-life-threatening 

injuries. One of the victims that was shot appears to have life-threatening injuries and the second victims condition is unknown at this time.
