Dog shot and killed on Carter Street and Lux Street

At 12:01 AM there were reports of a person shop on Carter Street and the lux Street upon officers arrival they discovered that a dog had been shot and killed.

The dog suffered at least one gunshot wound and there was no human life struck by any gunfire at the scene.

The dogs owner was walking the dog as a suspect drove by and started firing. The dogs owner was emotional at the scene screaming and yelling in disbelief.

There are no suspects in custody for this animal murder.
