Female shot in home while with family

At 12:29 PM officers responded to Seyle Terrace for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived on scene they discovered one adult female shot in the lower body near the stomach and was bleeding severely. Officers called an ambulance which arrived within minutes.

The victim was transported to the hospital where she is in stable condition with non-threatening injuries.

There are no suspects in custody and there’s an ongoing investigation.
