Fire destroys home on Glasser Street

On Wednesday evening around 10:52pm the Rochester Fire Department responded to the area of Glasser Street for a report of a structure fire. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found smoke and flames coming from the 2-story single-family home.

The Rochester Fire Department was able to put out the fire shortly after arriving on scene.

The home did appear to be vacant and no injuries were reported.

The Rochester Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
