Fire destroys home on Smith Street

On Saturday night just before 11:00pm the Rochester Fire Department responded to Smith Street for a report of a house on fire. When firefighters arrived on scene, they did locate smoke and flames coming from a residence.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire within a couple minutes.

No one was injured during the incident.

The Rochester Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
