Gov. Cuomo went to the One World Trade Center in New York City Tuesday to announce the major update on the state’s reopening progress.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that once 70% of New Yorkers 18 and older received at least one vaccine dose, most restrictions will be lifted when 70% have 1 dose of vaccine.
