Greece Police Chief resigns as the DA continues to investigate

On Monday October 25, 2021 Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich announced that Police Chief Andrew Forsythe has resigned following Thursday mornings crash in his city issue police vehicle.

Reilich advised that there was a breakdown in procedures and notifications. Reilich also stated that the District Attorneys investigations could extend beyond just the crash and into the handling of the crash by Greece Police Officers.
