Male shot on Arnett Boulevard

Just after 1:00am the Rochester Police Department responded to Highland Hospital for a report of a person who walked into the ER  with an apparent gunshot wound.  As officers arrived at the hospital, they found a 30-year-old male, who had at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. 

The male was transported from Highland Hospital to Strong Hospital where he is being treated.  The victim’s injuries are non-life threatening. 

The Rochester Police Department has confirmed that the shooting occurred in the 100 block of Arnett Blvd.  The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
