One person dead after being shot and killed on Norton Street near Hudson Avenue

Around 10:30 PM tonight Rochester police officers responded to the area of Norton Street and Hudson Avenue after a male showed up at Rochester General Hospital shot.

That male victim was pronounced dead at Rochester General Hospital minutes later.

Witness to say, the man was shot inside of a vehicle were two children were in the back seat of. The children were not injured during the shots fired.

There are no suspect in custody ans the Major Crime Units are investigating this incident. If you have any information call 911 police say.

This is Rochester 71 homicide of this year.
