One person shot on Dewey Avenue

On Monday night the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of Dewey Avenue and Albemarle Street in Rochester, New York for a report of a person shot.  As officers arrived on scene, they found a man in his 30’s with an apparent gunshot wound to his lower body.  The male victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Rochester Police Department advised that no suspects are in custody and the investigation is still ongoing.
