Silver Gloves Boxing tournament for kids and young teens in Rochester

The NYS Silver Gloves Boxing tournament sanctioned by USA boxing has been hosted in Rochester for 40 years and will be at The Montgomery Center, 10 Cady St. the event is for all junior boxers ages 8-16.

Many of the best local boxers have come through this event and were National Silver Gloves champions… Honorable mentions—- Willie Monroe and Robert “Push-Up” Frazier.

The tournament champions will progress to regional competition in January.

The action begins on Saturday December 3, 2022 2-5 pm, admission is $10 kids 12 and under free… if you are looking for something to do tomorrow bring the family out to support our local youth compete!
