Standoff on Bly Street in Rochester, New York.

Around 9 P.M officers say a 911 call came in for male who pointed a gun at a person. The Rochester Police Department say officers quickly lockdown the area. After about a two hour standoff the male came out of the home and was detained.

The Rochester Police Department says they are still investigating the incident and charges are pending.
