Woman dies after being shot at Trio restaurant in Henrietta

On Sunday Monroe County sheriff officers responded to the Trio Restaurant located at 3423 Winton Place around 12:00 A.M in the Town of Henrietta for the reports of multiple shots fired.

As sheriff deputies were responding to the call, further calls came into the 911 center stating a person was also shot at this location.

Deputies located a 28-year-old female, who had been shot at least once in the upper body. She was transported to Strong memorial Hospital, where she died days later.

During the initial investigation deputies determine that the female was shot inside, and that there were multiple shooters.

The Monroe County sheriff office major crime unit is investigating in this and is asking anyone with information to call 911.
