2 buildings catches fire on Hudson Avenue

Around 4:00 P.M the Rochester Fire Department received a 911 call for a building on fire at the corner of Hudson Avenue and Merrimac Street. 


When firefighters arrived on scene, they found smoke and flames coming from two separate buildings.  Due to both buildings being on fire, a 2nd alarm fire was called.    

Firefighters were able to get both fires under control. The fires were extinguished around 4:50pm.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.

No injuries were reported.
