Andrew Giuliani speaks to reports before debate

On Tuesday afternoon Republican gubernatorial candidate Andrew Giuliani spoke outside of Rochester City Hall. Giuliani talked about how he felt he won the first debate and how he was looking forward to the next debate, which is being held in Rochester on Tuesday night.

Giuliani stated that when he is elected Governor, he already has an action plan in place. One of his first topics he will address is bail reform. Giuliani addressed the impact that bail reform has had on Rochester and how he believes changing the bail reform laws will help lower crime in Rochester. Giuliani also stated that any prosecutor who does not follow through with his bail reform changes will be asked to step down.

With Andrew Giuliani was his father, Rudy Giuliani, who was the 107th Mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001. Rudy Giuliani also served as the United States Associate Attorney General from 1981 to 1983 and the United States Attorney General for the Southern District of New York from 1983 to 1989.
