A Black Lives Matter protest was scheduled at 1:00 P.M. in downtown Rochester, New York on West Main Street and South Fitzhugh Street.

The protest had approximately 800 people and hundreds more watched live. There was a heavy police presence, but no arrests were made.

The police department was prepared and we’re already notified that this protest was going to happen.
