Body found with gun shot wound on trail in Rochester

Around 7:15 PM Rochester Police confirms a body was found with one gunshot wound on the Empire State Trail near the Genesee Valley Park area Tuesday night. This is after a person was walking on the trails and discovered the body.

After the person called 911 when fire crews arrived on scene to confirmed the person was deceased.

Police said there are no suspicious or criminal circumstances.
