Female shot on Chili Avenue near Post Avenue

On Monday evening round 7:15pm the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of Chili Avenue and Post Avenue in the City of Rochester for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 23-year-old female who had been shot at least one time.

The female was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Rochester Police Department is investigating the incident.

There are no suspects are in custody at this time.
