Fire destroys home on Cummings Street

On Monday evening around 7:00pm the Rochester Fire Department responded to the area of Cummings Street in Rochester for a report of a house on fire. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found smoke and flames coming from a 3-story, single family home located at 111 Cummings Street.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire shortly after their arrival on scene.

All occupants of the home were able to get out of the house safely.

The Rochester Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
