Man found dead in vehicle on Jay Street and Orchard Street, Rochesters 45th homicide investigation

Police say around 7:15 A.M. Saturday a male was found in a vehicle dead on Orchard Street and Jay Street.

The command van and dozens of officers responded to the scene this morning.

The major crime units are investigating this as Rochester‘s 45th homicide.

A silver car was seen being towed away from the scene.

The victims identity has not been released yet pending family notification.
