Man shot and killed on East Main Street

Police confirm a man in his 30s was shot and killed on 1000 block of East Main Street.

Rochester police confirm around 11:20 PM Friday

night they received a call for a person shot on 1000 block of East Main Street they discovered a male victim who had been shot in the upper body.

Police say life saving measures were attempted, but were unable to save the male victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

There are no suspects in custody and police are asking anyone with information to call the major crime unit or call 911.
