Man shot on Kelly Street

Police say around 1:45 AM Rochester police officers responded to the area of Joseph Avenue and Kelly Street for a port of a person shot.

When officers arrives on scene, they located at 23-year-old male city resident who had been in the shot once.

The Male transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by AMR ambulance where he's being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the shooting is under investigation, and there are no suspect in custody.
