Man shot shot while riding bike on Jay Street

Rochester police officers were approached by a man who stated he had been shot after feeling pain on Jay Street.

The man stated he was riding his bicycle he he heard shots fired and then being shot.

He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he is being treated for his non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
