One injured in house fire on Maxwell Avenue

At 9 PM Rochester Firefighter is responding to Maxwell Avenue for reports of a house fire.

When crews arrived on scene there was smoke and flames coming from the upper part of the home.

There was also a person laying on the ground who have been burned from the fire inside of the home.

Rochester Firefighter is distinguish the fire and under 20 minutes but was unsuccessful. He able to save a home in full parts.

The person living inside the home, who was injured, has non-life-threatening injuries and being treated as Strong Memorial Hospital for burns.

The cause of the fire is under investigation
