Pathways to peace city employees arrested in drug bust in Rochester

Law-enforcement officials confirmed to GSL News that multiple people were arrested on Wednesday morning following drug bust.


law-enforcement officials also confirmed to GSL News that at one of the people arrested was an former pathways to peace city worker in Rochester. There was also an unidentified Pathways to peace volunteer who was arrested.


Timothy Jackson, age 46, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2d Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree. Timothy Jackson is prohibited from possessing a firearm in New York State because of his 2005 conviction for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2d Degree and Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree.


13 people were arrested following this drug bust on Wednesday morning.


Rochester Police Department say they executed a narcotics related search warrant at a residence on Willmont Street in the City of Rochester. During the search they found a loaded Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun was recovered. As a result of the investigation, 46-year old Timothy Jackson and 55-year old Melanie White were taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Jail.


Law enforcement confirmed they have been actively investigating the Pathways to Peace worker Timothy Jackson Junior for his alleged role in the trafficking of cocaine and fentanyl in the city of Rochester


Timothy Jackson was allegedly associated acts of violence since October 2021. Timothy Jackson is on paid administrative leave.


Police agencies also had an search warrant for a local store in Rochester. This is were they found 100 grams of fentanyl, 5 kilograms of cocaine, 10lbs marijuana, two firearms and $27,000. This was all apart of the same drug bust.

Timothy Jackson is employed by the City of Rochester as a part-time Street Outreach worker for the Pathways to Peace program police say.


Melanie White, 55 years old, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Firearm.


Rochester Police says they will not comment as this is a pending case.
