Rochester west side overnight shooting injuries male

On Monday morning just before 1:00am the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of Saxton Street for a ShotSpotter activation. When officers arrived on scene, they did locate a male who had sustained at least one gunshot wound.

The male was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Rochester Police Department is investigating the shooting.
