Rochesters 2nd annual black culture festival

On Saturday July 31 the Rochester Black Culture Festival held its 2nd annual event in downtown Rochester at Parcel 5, which is located at 285 East Main Street. The event is put on to bring city residents together and enjoy live music and food.

Besides the live music and food, there was dancing, bounce houses and other event for kids and adults. The festival also showcased numerous local businesses that were selling items from nail supplies, skin care, to face masks.
