Stabbing investigation on Murray Street

The Rochester Police Department is investigating a stabbing that occurred on Saturday. About 2:18pm Rochester Police Officers responded to 87 Murray Street in Rochester, New York for a report of a male stabbed. As officers arrived on scene, they located a 32-year-old male, who had sustained a stab wound to his upper body.

The victim was transported to Strong Hospital, where he is still being evaluated. The Rochester Police Department believes the males injuries are non-life threatening.

The incident is still under investigation and no suspects are in custody.
