The family of Brittni Iverson are demanding after death

The family of Brittni Iverson are demanding answers from the Rochester Police Department and want to know why what will happen to the person who assaulted her.  On Tuesday, Brittni was working at her job at DePaul Addiction Services located on Dewey Avenue when she was involved in a fight with a person from the facility.  Rochester Police responded to the scene, but when officers arrived all parties were gone.

On Wednesday early morning, the Rochester Police Department was notified by staff at Strong Memorial Hospital that Brittni had been admitted into the hospital in critical condition.  Brittni later died.

Assemblyman Demond Meeks stated, “We want DePaul to be forthcoming with all information as it relates to what took place here.”

The Rochester Police Department advised that they are waiting on information from the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office as to the official cause of death.
