Vehicle pursuit ends in crash on Lyell Avenue and Likly Ally

Around 9:30 PM New York State troopers were making a traffic stop on the cities Westside Rochester New York.

The driver then taking off from New York State troopers continued through the cities Westside ending up on Lyell Avenue and likely alley where the suspect vehicle struck an innocent driver in traffic.

The suspect then try to run from police where he was taken into custody.

A handgun was recovered at the scene charges will be filed against the suspect.

The driver of the vehicle the suspects truck and the passenger in that vehicle are in stable condition and received medical treatment on the scene.
