14-year-old shot on Thursday night

On Thursday night the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of Avenue D and Clinton Avenue for a report of two people shot.  When officers arrived on scene, they found a female with a graze wound to her lower body and a 14-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his lower body.  

Both victims were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital where they are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.  

The Rochester Police Department advised that they have little information surrounding the circumstances of the shooting and they have no suspects in custody.
