Man rides off from police on bike

‪suspect custody on Thomas and Hixson Street after police pursuit around 7 o'clock Rochester police after the man refuse to listen he rolled off on his bike then probably started to pursue it started on Clifford Avenue Street and end it on Thomas Street and hixson
