More than three people stabbed during a fight on Avenue A

Rochester Police Department tells us 6 Rochester women were injured in a fight that police believe was the result of an ongoing issue. Around 8:45 p.m., police say they responded to Avenue A and Loss Street in the city where they found six women injured, five of them stabbed.   The department (RPD) believes the group of women met to fight on Avenue A. Police say they found four women stabbed at the scene and two additional victims showed up at Strong Memorial Hospital. Police believe the sixth victim was hit in the head with a bottle.
