Male shot during robbery on Portland Avenue

Around 3:00 P.M the Rochester Police Department responded to Portland Ave and Caspar Street for one male shot. Police officers arrived on scene and located a 31-year-old male, who is a city of Rochester resident who was shot in the lower body during a robbery.

AMR transported the victim to URMC with non-life-threatening

There are no suspects in custody and the incident is still under investigation.
