Male stabbed on Brooks Avenue

On Tuesday night around 11:15pm the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of 600 Brooks Avenue for a report of a person stabbed. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 28-year-old male, who is a city resident, stabbed at least once in the upper body.

The victim was transported by AMR to Strong Hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Rochester Police Department is investigating the incident.

No suspects are in custody.
