Man killed in early morning shooting

On Sunday mornin the Rochester Police Department responded to Avenue A for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived on scene they found they found a victim had been shot.

The victim has been pronounced dead.

The Rochester Police Department is currently working the scene and are asking the public to avoid the area.

Anyone with information on the shooting are asked to call 911.
