Man murdered on West Avenue at boarding house

Rochester Police say they found 55-year-old Jose Olivencia dead inside his room at a West Avenue boarding house around 2 AM Wednesday morning

Police haven't released his cause of death, but they say Olivencia was in some sort of altercation.

There are no suspect custody and police are asking anyone with information to call 911
