Suspect in custody after shooting woman in corner store on Grand Avenue

Eli Gray was charged with third-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal contempt.

This is after Rochester police say around 10:30 PM Tuesday night Officer responded to grand Avenue for a report of a person shot.

As Police investigated, it was determined that we she was shot inside of the corner store.

Eli Gray was taken to the Monroe County Jail where he is being held.
